There just hasn’t been a minute. Eric Vaughan’s memorial at Wilton’s was on Monday. Lady Plowright was in the front row. Diana frocks was last week, preceded by American art at the Royal Academy. Then the Gay Mother took 93 years and lunched on Friday. Robert Nevil continues to abuse Lady Lucy Worsley. Now I’m in Dublin and Reggie Cresswell is complaining that Yeats’ mouth wasn’t up to scratch, although otherwise marvellous.
Come back later for more.
