Anthony Mottram regained Prague on Tuesday having been laid up all the weekend with Swine flu. On Wednesday he had the nerve to fly to Moscow to introduce Swine flu there and to huff and puff at Russian ‘consultants’ most of whom had been relieved of their jobs by the end of the week. Whether Mottram’s style of managing employees was High Queen or Pseudo Straight (he can do both) I do not know. Nor can we be certain that he actually had Swine flu. His claim might have been an elaborate ploy of some kind. I am so far free of symptoms.

Thank you for your interest. I really don’t know. I shall find out. Usually it is a generous one. Mottram is a benign employer and a man of honour, whatever else one may say about him. Once he paid someone called Trevor who did absolutely nothing thousands a months just because he’d said he would. I thought at first you were referring to a package of Swine flu. We must be careful what we say, though. Swine is getting nasty, I fear
