Jil Sander’s done a range for Uniqlo. It’s called +J. Available exclusively from the Bluewater branch of Uniqlo from this coming Saturday 2nd October. Other branches from October 14th.
Can’t possibily wait that long.

Joshua Baring has been banging on about ‘Jill Sander at Uni-Qlo’ for ages, but I’ve never actually found her garments in any of the stores I (as a REALLY Poor LRG) frequently visit. Little did I know that the pinky-mauve shirt I bought for almost nothing in a sale last year, and which bears the mysterious label +J, is in fact a Sander Item. Hurrah! Even more hurrah that she is now getting her clothes into lots of branches: my only other garment by her – ancient grey coat of such minimalist design it might be Millets, and now with very worn cuffs because bought in Toronto of all places some time in the last century – can finally be replaced.
Robert Nevil to have new coat! But what a cheat! The Telegraph made out +J is completely new when it isn’t. All the same, we’ll overlook that.
