That&#8217;s the highest hotel there. You may remember it was attacked by terrorists some years ago.<\/p>\n<p>Better watch out! It&#8217;s so easy to bring down an hotel. In one of the Firbank novels, someone said in passing, &#8216;There are fleas at the Ritz.&#8217; Next thing you know, the Ritz has closed.<\/p>\n<p>Now, accompanied by Anthony Mottram, &#8216;consultant&#8217; of Prague, my oldest and closest friend, estranged at the last count for 27 months, he&#8217;s boarded 1st Class\u00a0 the Deccan Queen for Pune.\u00a0 They passed\u00a0 through Diva Junction. On board some holy men offered the Bhagavad Gita for sale.
