He tends to fundamentalism, you see.\u00a0 People in the Gay Mother&#8217;s faith group, where she seeks deliberately to annoy, are reasonable and humane, but at the mention\u00a0 of Islam a raving hatred like some awful bird claws their faces.<\/p>\n<p>She&#8217;s actually read the Koran.<\/p>\n<p>I keep thinking of those Norwayan boy-gods, one of them running the Ralph Lauren shop in Oslo, who came down for Ralph Kitto&#8217;s 50th birthday at the Cap last year.
